- Legal informations :
All datas that you confide us are used to treat your orders and to send to
you, in the briefest delays, our promotional offers.
In order to not to derogate to the protection of your private life, the Judo-Store
deals with all informations that concern you with the strictest confidentiality,
and engage itself to never transmit customers files to a third party. All
datas wich are registered on-line are secured and immediately crypted.
In accordance with the "Informatique et libertés" law of
January 6, 1978, you have a right of access, of correction, modification and
suppression concerning the data which concern you.
- Products availability :
All the articles present on the Judo-Store site are not stocked in our storehouses,
our offer is then wrapped up to our suppliers articles availability. Possible
breakings of stocks would not be accordingly imputed us. Each customer will
be informed on the invoice about unavailable goods.
Unavailable articles are not suppressed from our site until the out-of-stock
is confimed us as definitive by the supplier ; in the other cases, you will
be able to re-order slipped articles. There will be deliverred to you if there
are available to the supplier.
- Orders :
Orders placed on the site pledge the customer since taking delivery by the
Judo-Store of the formal order and of his payment.
- Deliveries :
Deliveries are effected in the briefest delays, after taking delivery of the
formal order and of his payment. The deliveries delays details and costs are
done with the following manner :
- The total delivery delay includes the delay for processing the order,
the moderate delay of postal step ; articles marked "In Stock"
are immediately deliverable. An estimated date of delivery will be communicated
to you on your order receipt.
- Carriage costs includes order preparation costs and postals costs. Theses
costs are contractual, composed of a fixed party and of a variable party,
wich is function of the whole orderred articles weight and of the delivery
address.
- Tariffing :
Two tariffs : intra-departmental and extra-departmental. Price established
by batch of weight.
The intra-departmental COLISSIMO tariff are applied when the packet is handed
and to deliver in the same department. to deliver in the same department.
In case of reshipment beyond the department of origin of an intra-departmental
COLISSIMO, there is not place to perceive a complement of tariff.

EXTRA GAUGE (L + l + h > 150 cm and <= 200 cm)
Tariff complement wich is added to COLISSIMO tariff : 3,50 euros (no subdued
to V.A.T.).
The delivery is done by the postal network, with subjudice placing (15 days) in case of absence.
Please think to regroup all the articles you want on a single order. We will
not be able to regroup two distinct orders and thus, carriage costs will be
invoiced you for each of them.
NB : if you choose to pay by cheque, the order will not be treated until the
reception of the cheque by our service. The delays will run accordingly.
Merchandises travelling at consignee's risk, that is why it belongs to the
customer to make reserves :
- close to the carrier, in case of deterioration of the packet(s).
- close to the Judo-Store, for missing articles or for the nonconformity
of the order.
The Judo-Store disengages of all responsibility in case of non-execution of
the contract due to a fortuitous case or by major force.
As it is specified in the article L 621-122 of the Code de Commerce, the orderred
goods proprietary removal, from the Judo-Store to the customer, is suspended
until the entire payment of the merchandises by the customer, and this without
any consequence for the merchandise removal.
- Merchandises Returns :
All return of merchandises will have to be ratificated, by mail or e-mail,
by the Judo-Store.
- Retractation Right :
By virtue of the article L 121-20 of the Code de la Consommation, the customer
disposes of a 7 days delay, wich begining with the order delivery, for returning
goods, for bartering or repayment, without having to justify any motives and
without penalty, excepting returning costs. If the retractation delay ends
a saturday, sunday or day off, the delay will be renewed until the next day
on.
Let us quote that, as it is indicated in the previous paragraph, all return
of merchandise is subordinated to verification by the Judo-Store.
- Proprietary Reserve :
The Judo-StoreA remains the owner of the goods exceptionally deliverred before
the payment, until the effective payment of the entire payment price. In case
of dispute hapening before this date, the Judo-Store will be able, in his
right, to require the covering up of his merchandises.
However, the customer becomes liable of articles since their delivery (liability
does not worth proprietorship).
- Warranty :
ur hardwares are warranted from all vice of manufacture. If an article is
defective or not confomed, we pledge to you to exchange it or to pay it back,
provided it is returned us in its origin packing and gone with the corresponding
judo-Store invoice, before 15 days going from packet delivery, to :

Retruning costs will be then wholly paid back and the barter implemented immediately.
In case of repayment, this one will be effected by cheque in a delay inferior
or equal to 15 days, begining when the revolved packet is received by the
judo-Store.
No warranty would be called upon in case of degradation of deliverred products
due to an utilization which was not destined.
- Applicable legislation and competent Court :
Contracts end with french consumers, from France, are subdued to the french
legislation. All dispute which will not have found of friendly discharge will
be subdued to the french Right, at the Tribunal de Commerce of Nanterre, tribunal
of the Judo-Store trading seat, where is formed the contract between the parties.
- Products Photographies :
The products photographîes presented on this site are of 2 kinds :
- official pictures with regulated utilization.
- Self-realized pictures, which utilisation by someone else that the Judo-Store
is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.
- Intellectual property :
Any person, physical or moral, who use with professional or commercial intentions
the distinctive attributes of the site (logos, self-realized pictures... )
would be threated with judicial pursuit by the Judo-Store, due to the Intellectual
property violation.
- Prices conditions :
ndicated prices are in euros taxes included, without transportation costs.
Our prices are indisputable. Clubs, affiliated and administrations can "contact
us".
The price has to be entirely paid, with a single payment, during the order.
Every command is invoiced and payable in euros. For delivery in other place
than metropolitan France, customs costs and local costs have to be paid by
the customer.
- Customer acceptance :
This general terms of sales, and the tariffs presented on the site and on
this document, are expressly approved by the customer, who affirms to understand
it perfectly, and thus renounces to prevail itself with a contradictory document.
the act of purchasing means the acceptance of this general terms of sales.
