- Follow-up the order :
As soon as you chose and validated your payment method, an order number (that
we advise you to preserve) is allotted to you. Your order is then recorded
and transmitted to our services.
Our delivery periods include the order processing and expedition time. For
every order on the Judo-Store, we give you an approximate time of delivery.
At any moment, you can consult on line the state of your order : this service
is accessible for you since the heading from all the pages of the site by
clicking on "My account" icon, then by clicking on the "Order
History" button. Thus, You will be able to know the state of your order.
This operation enables you to know if we received your
payment, if your order is pending or the date it was dispatched...
- Livraison Colissimo
The Judo-Store pledges to deliver to you in 48 hours by Colissimo, on the
whole Metropolitan France, all the articles we have in stock. That is why,
from Monday to Friday, any order placed the D-day before 12 will be delivered
in D+2.
- Articles Availability
To build our site, we use to work with our own products file, enriched thanks
to the information communicated
by our suppliers. This file comprises approximately a hundred products, the
totality is not stored in our reserves and our offer is then conditioned by
the availability of the articles at our suppliers.
Generally, the times of our suppliers are very short, which makes possible
not to lengthen the delivery periods with too important proportions.
It happens that our suppliers inform us of a temporary out-of-stock condition.
Your order is then cancelled and we inform you of it by e-mail or directly
on the invoice, if the out-of-stock condition happens after the day of your
order. In this case, you will be able to re-pass the order of these articles
on the Judo-Store. There will be delivered to you only if there are available
at our suppliers. In the event of an order by cheque, a refunding cheque will
be addressed to you.
Important : the unavailable articles at our suppliers are deleted of our window
only if the rupture is announced to us as definitive by the supplier (empty).
- Return, products exchange
Our materials are guaranteed against manufacture vices. If it happened that
an article is defective or not in
conformity, we commit ourselves to exchange it or pay it back, provided that
he is turned over to us in its origin packing and accompanied by the corresponding
Judo-Store invoice (in the 15 days following the reception of the parcel),

The return costs will be then completely paid back to you and the exchange
immediately implemented. In the event of refunding, this one will be carried
out by cheque within a time lower or equal to 15 days, according to the
date of reception of the turned over parcel.
